Our Community Guidelines are designed to protect our platform while encouraging meaningful interactions and creative expression.

These Community Policies apply to all activity across Streamerville, including livestreams, videos, comments, chat messages, usernames, profile content, direct messages, and any other content shared on the platform. When content or behavior violates these guidelines, Streamerville may take enforcement action, including content removal, stream termination, feature restrictions, warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans, depending on the severity of the violation.

By working together and treating one another with respect, we can continue to make Streamerville a safe, engaging, and enjoyable destination for creators and viewers alike. Thank you for being part of the Streamerville community and helping us create a platform where everyone has the opportunity to connect, grow, and thrive.

PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT PHILOSOPHY

Streamerville's Community Policies are designed to establish clear expectations for user behavior and help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone on the platform.

1. How We Apply These Rules

These rules describe the conduct Streamerville expects from its community. The examples help explain those expectations, but they do not cover every possible situation. Conduct that creates harm or deliberately disrupts the community may result in enforcement even when the exact behavior is not listed here.

Trying to get around a rule through technicalities, indirect language, alternate accounts, or other workarounds does not make harmful conduct acceptable.

When assessing an incident, Streamerville may consider:

  • a. The nature, seriousness, and surrounding circumstances of the conduct.

  • b. Previous violations and recurring patterns of behavior.

  • c. Whether an exchange was mutually welcomed or directed at an unwilling person.

  • d. The history between the people involved.

  • e. Attempts to provoke others, escalate a dispute, or organize abuse.

  • f. Whether a person changed their behavior after earlier warnings or restrictions.

Friendly teasing and targeted harassment are not the same. Context matters, and someone may withdraw from an exchange they previously welcomed. Remaining in a livestream, responding to an insult, or defending oneself does not, by itself, establish consent to harassment.

If an interaction becomes unwelcome, consider leaving the conversation and using available blocking, muting, or reporting options. These measures can help protect your experience, but responsibility for abusive conduct remains with the person engaging in it.

2. Harassment and Targeted Abuse

Do not use Streamerville to intimidate, humiliate, sexually harass, or repeatedly target another person. This includes abuse directed at creators, viewers, moderators, and other community members.

Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Repeated unwanted insults, severe personal attacks, or following someone between profiles or livestreams to continue abusing them.
  • Encouraging someone to hurt themselves, telling them they deserve a serious illness, or expressing a wish for their injury or death.
  • Creating or distributing manipulated photographs, drawings, AI-generated media, or other material to target someone with abuse.
  • Organizing others to flood a livestream, profile, or conversation with insults, threats, or unwanted messages.
  • Making indirect threats that suggest someone could be physically harmed if encountered in person.
  • Sending unwanted sexual comments, requests, or advances, including continuing after someone has asked you to stop.
  • Degrading someone because of their actual or perceived sexual behavior.
  • Shaming or insulting someone for declining to send gifts, tips, subscriptions, or other financial support, or for not returning support they previously received.

Intimate Images and Sexual Privacy

Sharing, threatening to share, or obtaining intimate material without the consent of the people depicted is prohibited. This includes secretly recorded intimate moments, leaked sexual images, and fabricated or AI-generated intimate depictions of an identifiable person.

3. Hate and Identity-Based Attacks

Streamerville does not allow attacks on people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, or another characteristic protected by applicable law.

You may not:

  • Threaten, celebrate, or encourage injury or death directed at a person or group because of these characteristics.
  • Use slurs to attack others, flood conversations with hateful language, or place hateful terms in usernames or profile content.
  • Promote hateful stereotypes or portray a protected group as inferior, subhuman, or deserving of mistreatment.
  • Display symbols, slogans, clothing, or imagery to endorse Nazi ideology, racial supremacy, or other hate movements.
  • Encourage discrimination, exclusion, or abuse based on a person's identity.

Context may distinguish hateful language from a community's use of reclaimed terms for self-expression or empowerment. Such use does not excuse targeted abuse or intimidation.

4. Sexual Conduct and Explicit Material

Do not broadcast, upload, request, advertise, link to, or direct people toward pornography or prohibited sexual material. This restriction applies to live activity, recorded content, illustrations, animation, written descriptions, and audio.

Examples of prohibited content include:
  • Performing or simulating sexual acts on camera.
  • Positioning a camera or posing primarily to draw sexual attention to the groin, buttocks, or breasts.
  • Prolonged sexualized activity, including erotic touching, sexual groping, or extended intimate activity presented for arousal.
  • Sexualized bondage, whipping, or similar fetish activity, even when the participants consent.
  • Images, drawings, animation, or other depictions of people or characters engaged in sexual acts or explicit sexual poses.
  • Sexual displays or demonstrations involving sex toys.
  • Offering sexual services or directing viewers to pornography, paid sexual encounters, or explicit content elsewhere.

Respectful, non-explicit conversations about sexuality, relationships, health, or art may be appropriate. An educational or artistic label does not automatically exempt material from these restrictions.

5. Nudity and Pornography

Adult nudity and pornographic material are prohibited. These restrictions apply whether the material is physical, digital, live, recorded, or computer-generated.

  • Do not display exposed genitals, anuses, or uncovered buttocks.
  • Do not display uncovered nipples on female-presenting breasts, except in the context of active breastfeeding.
  • Do not show masturbation, oral sex, penetrative sex, or other explicit sexual acts.
  • Do not publish graphic written or audio portrayals of sexual activity or display sexual bodily fluids.
  • Do not advertise pornography, prostitution, sexual escort services, or links offering nude or sexually explicit material.

6. Graphic Violence and Disturbing Imagery

Do not share material that celebrates brutality, exploits suffering, or uses severe injury and gore to shock viewers. Real-world scenes of death, torture, dismemberment, or serious physical trauma are subject to removal.

Prohibited examples include:
  • Graphic recordings of shootings, stabbings, or assaults showing serious injuries or death.
  • Depictions of executions, beheadings, torture, or prolonged physical abuse, including footage reposted to attract attention.
  • Celebrating a violent attack, praising brutality, or making entertainment out of a victim's suffering.
  • Close-up images of severe wounds, damaged body parts, or other traumatic injuries presented for shock value.

Contextual Exceptions

Limited material with educational, artistic, cultural, or survival relevance may be permitted when the purpose is clear and the presentation is respectful. Appropriate content warnings and restraint in showing graphic details may be required. A warning alone does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.

Lawful, ethical hunting and the preparation of game animals may be permitted when presented responsibly. Avoid unnecessary close-ups of gore and provide a warning when the material could disturb viewers.

7. Violence, Threats, and Harm to Others

Threatening, attempting, encouraging, or arranging harm against another person is prohibited. Serious violations may result in an indefinite suspension or permanent ban.

  • Do not threaten to injure or kill someone.
  • Do not offer money or another reward for harming a person.
  • Do not initiate or broadcast yourself participating in an assault.
  • Do not commit, threaten, or encourage sexual assault.
  • Do not make false emergency reports to send armed responders to someone, commonly known as swatting.
  • Do not expose personal information to endanger someone or organize attacks on their internet connection or services, including distributed denial-of-service attacks.
  • Do not destroy another person's property on stream.

8. Terrorism, Violent Extremism, and Hate Organizations

Streamerville may not be used to recruit for, support, promote, or glorify terrorist organizations, violent extremist movements, or hate groups.

Prohibited material includes recruitment messages, praise for extremist violence, propaganda distributed on behalf of these groups, and content encouraging participation in their activities. Do not repost graphic extremist attack footage, including as part of a broadcast discussion.

Discussion of these subjects must not endorse their violence, promote their ideology, or direct people toward participation.

9. Self-Harm and Dangerous Activities

People may speak respectfully about mental health challenges, recovery, and seeking support. Content that encourages, demonstrates, or celebrates self-destructive behavior is not allowed.

Prohibited behavior includes:
  • Promoting suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.
  • Providing instructions, methods, or challenges that encourage people to harm themselves.
  • Broadcasting acts, attempts, or threats of self-harm. Asking for help or discussing recovery is not itself a violation.
  • Pressuring others to perform dangerous dares or activities likely to cause injury or illness.
  • Consuming substances that are not intended for human consumption.
  • Using drugs, medication, alcohol, or other substances in ways that create a serious safety risk.

STREAMING FROM A VEHICLE

Your attention must remain on safely operating your vehicle. Using Streamerville does not excuse distracted driving or failure to follow traffic laws. Drivers must follow these requirements:

  • Set up before driving. Position and secure your phone, camera, and streaming equipment while safely parked. Equipment must not obstruct your view or interfere with vehicle controls.
  • Do not interact with your device while driving. Reading chat, typing messages, tapping your phone, adjusting your camera, or operating streaming equipment is prohibited while driving.Stop in a safe parking location before making changes to your stream or interacting with your device.
  • Park before making changes. Pull into a safe, lawful parking location before interacting with your device or adjusting your stream. Being stopped at a traffic light or in traffic does not count as safely parked.
  • Limit hands-free participation. Listening to text-to-speech and responding verbally is permitted only where lawful and only when it does not distract you from driving. If it affects your attention, stop participating and park safely before continuing.
  • Put safety before your stream. Never attempt a challenge, respond to a viewer request, or perform any activity that compromises safe driving.

10. Substance Use

Content must not promote addiction, dangerous intoxication, or the misuse of drugs and other substances.

The following are prohibited:

  • Depicting the illicit use of drugs such as cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, or fentanyl.
  • Misusing prescription or over-the-counter medication, including taking unsafe amounts or using it recreationally.
  • Using nitrous oxide or other products to become intoxicated through misuse.
  • Drinking to the point of vomiting, passing out, incapacitation, or other dangerous impairment.
  • Promoting binge-drinking challenges, substance misuse, or activities that pressure others into unsafe consumption.
  • Glorifying drug abuse or encouraging dependence.

Moderate, responsible use of alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis-derived products may be permitted where lawful and age-appropriate. Permission to depict lawful use does not permit selling these products through Streamerville.

Non-graphic discussions about addiction recovery, harm reduction, and the risks of substance misuse are welcome when they do not encourage dangerous behavior.

11. Human Trafficking and Exploitation

Do not use Streamerville to arrange, advertise, depict, or support human trafficking or exploitation for labor or sexual purposes. This includes recruiting or controlling someone through threats, coercion, deception, payments, or other forms of pressure.

Violating material may be removed, accounts may be permanently banned, and suspected trafficking may be referred to appropriate authorities or organizations.

12. Child Safety

Sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. This applies to real children and to fictional, altered, animated, or AI-generated depictions of minors.

Prohibited content and conduct include:

  • Sexualized or sexually explicit depictions of minors.
  • Images or videos showing child nudity.
  • Grooming, including attempts to build trust with a minor for sexual contact, sexual conversations, or intimate images.
  • Fictional depictions of minors participating in sexual acts.
  • Using gifts, money, threats, manipulation, or pressure to exploit a young person.
  • Requesting, distributing, or offering child sexual abuse material.

Violations may result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination. Suspected child sexual exploitation may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or appropriate authorities, as required by applicable law.

13. Gambling, Raffles, Giveaways

Do not stream, advertise, sponsor, or direct people to unlicensed or unregulated gambling services. Gambling sponsorships, referral arrangements, promotional codes, and links intended to send users to gambling platforms are prohibited.

You may not:

  • Broadcast or promote unlicensed online betting or cryptocurrency gambling services.
  • Offer to fund another person's gambling, including lottery tickets, scratch cards, or slot-machine play.
  • Run or advertise a chance-based raffle, drawing, or giveaway that requires a payment, gift, tip, donation, purchase, or paid subscription to enter.
  • Use private messages, affiliate codes, or indirect links to arrange conduct prohibited by this section.

Activities That May Be Permitted:
  • Streaming from a licensed physical casino, where lawful and permitted by the venue, without encouraging viewers to gamble or directing them to gambling services.
  • Lawful skill-based competitions with entry fees, where results depend on participants' skill rather than chance.
  • Simulated casino games with no staking, winning, or losing of money, cryptocurrency, or items with real-world value.
  • Giveaways that are genuinely free to enter and do not require financial support or a paid subscription.
  • Educational discussions about gambling risks, addiction, or regulation that do not advertise gambling services.

Organizers are responsible for following applicable requirements and explaining their competition or giveaway rules clearly. Streamerville's permission to post an activity does not establish that the activity is lawful in every location.

14. Impersonation and False Representation

Impersonation is not allowed on Streamerville. You may not use an account, profile, or content to falsely present yourself as another person, business, celebrity, community member, or Streamerville team member. Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation can mislead users and damage community trust, even when no harm is intended. Streamerville may remove violating content, suspend accounts, or take additional enforcement measures.

  • Do not present yourself or your account as another person, business, organization, or official representative in a way that misleads others.
  • Do not claim to be Streamerville staff or pretend to conduct an official account investigation.
  • Do not create a profile that falsely appears to belong to a celebrity, creator, company, or another community member.

  • Defrauding Streamerville, creators, viewers, or other parties.
  • Selling user accounts or sharing accounts with other people.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

Do not disclose another person's private or identifying information without their explicit permission. Information being accessible elsewhere does not automatically make it appropriate to repost on Streamerville.

Examples include:
  • Revealing someone's real name, photograph, home address, workplace, school, contact details, or other identifying information without consent.
  • Redistributing material from private or protected social profiles.
  • Filming or streaming inside a private setting without the necessary permission.

  • Firearms, explosives, and weapon modifications.

  • Forged, altered, or unlawfully sold government identification, permits, and other official documents.

18. Usernames and Profile Identity

Your username must follow the same safety and respect standards as the rest of your account. Altered spelling, symbols, and coded references do not excuse prohibited meaning.

Usernames must not contain:
  • Explicit references to sexual acts, sexual fluids, sexual arousal, sexually transmitted infections, sexual trauma, or sexual fetishes.
  • Slurs, identity-based attacks, hateful symbols, support for hate organizations, or praise, denial, or mockery of genocide and hate crimes.
  • Targeted insults, sexually degrading labels, attacks on another person's loved ones, or mockery of someone who is ill or deceased.

  • False claims of employment by or official affiliation with Streamerville, another organization, or a government agency.
  • Encouragement or glorification of suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.

19. Evading Restrictions

Do not bypass a suspension, account restriction, or chat ban by creating another account, using another person's account, or adopting a different identity. Attempts to evade enforcement may lead to further restrictions or permanent suspension of associated accounts.

20. Harmful False Information

Streamerville welcomes discussion and different viewpoints. Deliberately spreading false or deceptive claims that could cause real-world harm is prohibited.

Examples include:
  • Fabricated claims or conspiracy narratives that encourage panic, violence, or hostility toward a person or group.
  • False voting instructions, fabricated claims about election results or vote manipulation, or other deceptive election information that could mislead voters.
  • False or misleading claims about vaccines presented as fact in ways likely to discourage appropriate medical care.
  • Invented evacuation orders, false disaster updates, or misleading emergency instructions that put people at risk.
  • Promoting dangerous substances or unsupported treatments as cures for serious health conditions.

Check the reliability of information before sharing it, distinguish opinion from factual claims, and correct inaccurate material when you become aware of it.

21. Copyright and Other Intellectual Property

Share content only when you own the necessary rights, have permission, or have another lawful basis for using it. These requirements apply to music, video, artwork, photographs, writing, software, trademarks, and other protected material.

Potential violations include:
  • Uploading or broadcasting music without the necessary rights.
  • Showing films, television programs, sporting events, or protected clips without authorization or another lawful basis.
  • Reposting another person's photographs, illustrations, or artwork without permission or a legally permitted basis.
  • Distributing unauthorized copies of books, articles, or software.
  • Claiming someone else's creative work as your own.
  • Using another party's branding in a way that infringes their rights or falsely implies an affiliation or endorsement.

Giving credit does not replace permission when permission is required. Rights holders should use the contact or rights-reporting information published by Streamerville to raise concerns about potentially infringing material.

22. Reports, Review, and Enforcement

If you encounter a potential violation, use the reporting options available on Streamerville or the support contact information published in the app or on the website. Include enough detail to identify the account, content, and incident.

Streamerville may assess the reported material, the surrounding context, the seriousness of the potential harm, and relevant account history when deciding what action to take.

Possible actions include:
  • Removing content or ending a livestream.
  • Issuing a warning.
  • Restricting chat, streaming, or other account features.
  • Temporarily suspending an account.
  • Permanently disabling an account for serious or repeated misconduct.
  • Referring suspected criminal activity or exploitation to appropriate organizations or authorities where required or appropriate.

The response depends on the circumstances. Streamerville is not required to issue warnings or apply penalties in a fixed order before taking action on serious misconduct.

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may request a review through Streamerville's published support contact options. Identify the affected account, explain the decision you are disputing, and provide relevant supporting information. A review request does not guarantee reinstatement or suspend an existing restriction.

Every community member is responsible for following this policy and respecting the safety, privacy, and rights of others.
